My name is Mark Barnhart, I've been in the construction business since 1994. In 1998 I created Barnhart Remodeling, largely in response to increasing customer requests. In addition,  I felt a need to fill a void for honest, dependable tradesman in the area. I believe that as an owner/operator my personal interactions with the customers, afford me a clearer understanding of their desired results therefore alleviating the majority of the fears that can accompany remodeling / home repairs. 
 In the five years of being self-employed I've developed alot of quality relationships with my customers, and do consider them to be friends not just clients. I do enjoy the work that I do and the feeling of accomplishment from a job well done. My customers have referred me to their friends, and those friends have passed my name along as well, this to me is the greatest compliment and implies my customers have found the relationship equally beneficial.

 Most of the work that I do is in Oakland County MI. I have been a licensed builder with the State of Michigan since 1999 and have an excellent track record for performing quality work. I am fully insured and a member of the Better Business Bureau. Because the company is owner operated you can rest assured that a job is never complete without the customers full approval and complete satisfaction.
